What to check when buying used
- Do not average Classic, Digit and Hybrid into one Volcano price.
- On a Venty, ERR 004 means Storz & Bickel says the vaporizer is faulty. Switch it off, unplug it, contact service, and do not self-repair.
- Volcano Classic and Volcano Hybrid can qualify for the optional extra warranty year. Eligibility and transfer must be checked with the manufacturer for the specific purchase; a receipt alone is not a guarantee of coverage.
