When and why do I need to verify my phone number?

You need to verify a mobile number before publishing your first listing. This is the seller phone-verification step required before a listing can be published.

Enter your mobile number, request the 6-digit SMS code and enter that code to confirm the number. Mobile numbers from Germany (+49), Austria (+43) and Switzerland (+41) are currently accepted.

The phone number is not part of the public listing details. Buyers who do not publish a listing do not need to complete seller phone verification.

How long does my listing stay online?

Each listing stays active for 30 days. Before it expires, we send you an email reminder so you can extend it for another 30 days free of charge.

If you do nothing, the listing is automatically deleted after a 21-day grace period following expiry. That gives you enough time to renew it if the item is still available.

You can also deactivate or delete your listing manually at any time once your vaporizer has sold.

How many listings can I publish at the same time?

There is currently no hard limit on the number of active listings. You can list as many vaporizers as you actually have available.

We only ask that you keep your listings accurate and mark items as sold promptly. That keeps the marketplace useful and up to date for everyone.

What image limits should I keep in mind?

Each listing can include up to 10 images. The maximum file size is 20 MB per image, and supported formats are JPEG, PNG, WebP and GIF.

All uploads are converted automatically to WebP and resized to a maximum width of 1200 pixels so pages load quickly while keeping strong visual quality.

Tip: photograph your vaporizer in good light and from multiple angles. Clear images help buyers assess condition before contacting you.

Is VapoMarkt free to use?

Yes. VapoMarkt is completely free to use. Creating listings, contacting buyers or sellers, and using the rest of the marketplace does not cost anything.

We do not charge sales commissions and there are no hidden fees. VapoMarkt is being built as a focused marketplace for people buying and selling used vaporizers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

How do payments and shipping work?

VapoMarkt is a marketplace, not the payment processor. Buyers and sellers agree payment and shipping directly between themselves, usually through the built-in messaging system.

Common payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer or cash on collection. If you ship the item, we recommend an insured service with tracking so both sides have a clear record.

How do I buy a vaporizer?

Browse listings on VapoMarkt or use filters for brand, condition, price or location to narrow things down. When you find a listing you like, you can message the seller directly through the marketplace.

You can also create a saved search and get email alerts when a matching vaporizer is listed. That is useful if you're waiting for a specific model or price range.

Which vaporizers can I sell on VapoMarkt?

You can list dry herb vaporizers and concentrate vaporizers on VapoMarkt — devices designed for vaporising dry herbs, flower or concentrates.

E-cigarettes, liquid vapes and unrelated accessories are not allowed. Listings that do not fit the marketplace focus may be removed.
